    Professor Michael Posner
    Director - Center for Business and Human Rights at NYU Stern

    Professor Posner has spent 40+ years embedding human rights into business practice and policy, from shaping U.S. foreign policy to founding the NYU Stern Center for Business and Human Rights. As a member of the White House Apparel Industry Partnership Task Force in the mid-'90s, he helped found the Fair Labor Association (FLA), an organization that brings together corporations, local leaders, universities, and NGOs to promote corporate accountability for working conditions in the apparel industry. From 1978 to 2009, he led Human Rights First, a New York-based human rights advocacy organization.

    Rocio Alocer
    Managing Director - Norrsken Barcelona

    With +14 years of experience at the crossroads of sustainability, entrepreneurship, and innovation, Rocio has co-founded and scaled several impact ventures, such as TAPP Water, Muoki and Barrabes Earth, advised corporate organizations on their impact strategies (incl. Deloitte, Barclays and Fundacion Telefonica among others) and is currently Managing Director of Norrsken Barcelona, Europe’s largest hub for technology and impact. Rocío holds an MSc in Sustainability & Social Innovation from HEC Paris, a Double BA in Global Business by DCU and ICADE, and is passionate about leveraging business and technology to drive positive global change.

    Christopher Adamo
    Head of Global Sustainability Impact & B Corp - Danone

    Chris has over 20 years of experience working on a variety of environmental & climate issues across the corporate food sector, non-profit advocacy, academia, and government. He currently helps Danone build sustainability strategies and policies to implement its Danone Impact Journey and leads the development of partnerships to help accelerate and scale progress across priority topics such as climate change and regenerative agriculture. Prior to joining Danone, Chris spent over a decade in the U.S. federal government leading strategies on topics such as agriculture, natural resources, and climate change. He served as chief of staff for the White House Council on Environmental Quality under President Barack Obama, co-leading strategies to implement the U.S. climate action plan, and previously led the United States Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry helping shape the U.S. government’s domestic agriculture and food policies.

    Sylvia Scheurer
    Innovation & Sustainable Finance Consultant - Impact Strategy

    With years of experience at UNICEF and the UN World Food Programme, Sylvia now works as an independent consultant on recovery and reconstruction financing in Ukraine, with a focus on how cities rebuild in a war context. Her work examines how financing constraints, limited administrative capacity, and sequencing shape what municipalities can realistically access and implement when assumptions about stability, markets, and risk no longer apply. She focuses on the practical conditions that shape the rebuilding of cities and infrastructure under extreme constraints, and on why early financing decisions matter for the physical future.

    Business Leader, Investor, Philanthropist

    Paul Polman is an internationally recognised leader in sustainable business and a co-architect of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. As CEO of Unilever (2008-2019), he proved that purpose-driven strategies deliver exceptional results. Through board roles, impact investments, and his bestselling book Net Positive, Paul continues to inspire responsible leadership and drive global progress towards a sustainable future. Thinkers50 named Paul and his co-author Andrew Winston 1st in its 2025 Ranking, recognising their lasting influence on business and management.

    Sebastian Kind
    Founder and CEO - RELP

    With two decades of experience in the energy sector, Sebastian Kind is the Founder and CEO of RELP, where he leads the organization’s mission to accelerate renewable energy transitions worldwide. Formerly Argentina’s Undersecretary of Renewable Energy, he designed and implemented the RenovAr Programme, which mobilized over US$11 billion and 9.8 GW of clean energy investments. His work bridges policy, finance, and innovation to create scalable models for clean energy deployment under real-world constraints. A mechanical engineer with postgraduate studies in renewable energy and executive training at Harvard, Sebastian continues to shape global energy discussions through his leadership and academic contributions.

    Raül Daussà
    Consulting Director - Anteverti

    An expert in urban sustainability, environmental protection, climate change, and diplomacy with over 20 years of international experience in consultancy, project management, and business development. Raül is Director of Consulting at Anteverti since 2023. With a strong background in engineering, a master's degree in scientific communication, and extensive knowledge of the circular economy, he has worked for the UN, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, and the Ramboll consultancy, where he has provided assistance and training to national governments and cities. Throughout his career, he has led and facilitated consensus among stakeholders on complex technical issues and has a proven track record in institutional development, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, impact assessments, and human resources.

    Arianna Molino
    Global Sustainability Principal - Kearney

    Arianna Molino is a Global Sustainability Principal at Kearney, based in Barcelona, combining sustainability consulting with hands-on experience across the impact ecosystem. She supports businesses and governments in Europe and the Middle East on ESG and Net Zero strategy, responsible supply chains (including Scope 3 and human rights), and e-waste management across the value chain. She previously worked for UNICEF Côte d’Ivoire to define the Private Partnership strategy, and has supported NGOs and social enterprises globally —from Nicaragua to Jordan and Sudan— as a board member and mentor.

    Ignasi Ferrer
    CEO & Co-Founder - OCEAN ECOSTRUCTURES

    Blue Economy entrepreneur, Ocean Ecostructures CEO and co-founder, diver, ocean passionate, lecturer. After a long and successful career as C-Level executive in large corporations, in 2020 launched OCEAN ECOSTRUCTURES, a bluetech startup focused on providing deep tech scalable solutions to heal the ocean. The company has received several international awards and recognitions (Nasdaq, Norrsken, MWC,..), and currently provides its renaturalizing and offsetting solutions to over 30 large companies in the ports, cruising, oil and subsea cable industries. Ignasi holds an MBA from ESADE (Barcelona), an MIM from Thunderbird (Phoenix), and in 2009 he graduated from Georgetown University (Global Executive MBA). In the late 90’s he got his technical degree in Oceanography and Marine Resources Management (ULPGC).

    Vincent Cuvillier
    Chief Strategy Officer - Cellnex Telecom

    Prior to becoming Chief Strategy Officer at Cellnex Telecom, he has been CEO of Cellnex France (2019-2023) and Group Business Development and Country Coordination Director at Cellnex Telecom (2018). Also the Chief Financial Officer at SANEF (2015-2017), Head of M&A activities at Abertis Infraestructuras (2008-2014) and financial auditor at EY Luxembourg for two years. Vincent obtained a Master's degree from IESEG School of Management. He is currently Vice-chairman at the French Chamber of Commerce in Barcelona and member of the International Advisory Board of IESEG School of Management.

    Samuel Kembou
    Global Lead for Learning and Evidence - Jacobs Foundation

    Samuel is TEDx Speaker and Global Lead for Learning and Evidence at the Jacobs Foundation, where he works at the intersection of research, policy, and practice to strengthen how education systems use evidence to improve child learning and development. He leads global investments that support the generation of policy-relevant evidence and its uptake by governments, funders, and implementing partners, with a particular focus on low- and middle-income countries. Trained as an economist, Samuel has extensive experience in impact evaluation, education systems reform, and evidence-informed policymaking. He is a co-principal investigator on large-scale randomized experiments evaluating education interventions in Africa and has previously worked in international organizations and academia. He is committed to advancing rigorous, context-responsive research that informs both system-level decision-making and real-world implementation.

    Raimon Puigjaner
    Co-Founder & former Chair - B Lab Spain

    Raimon Puigjaner is co-founding partner and CEO of R4S Group (the holding includes Roots for Sustainability – R4S and Skills for Impact – S4I). He is also co-founder of the B Corp Movement in Spain and former President of B Lab Spain. Raimon holds a Master’s degree in International Relations, specialising in Environmental Political Economy (Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals – IBEI), and a degree in Business Administration and Management (Universitat Pompeu Fabra – UPF). He has more than twenty years of professional experience in the analysis, evaluation and development of innovative, impactful, sustainable and competitive business strategies. He has worked with a wide range of organisations — many of them family-owned — including Codorníu, Danone, Celsa, Lucta, Camper, Ferrer, Buff, Uriach, La Farga, Veritas, Ternua, Barcelonesa, Catalonia Hotels & Resorts, FC Barcelona (club and foundation), ACCIÓ, the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank, among others. Alongside his role at R4S Group, Raimon collaborates with several business schools (ESADE, EADA and UPF), delivering C-level sessions focused on the integration of positive impact and competitive corporate strategies.

    Ana Zacapa
    Boards Member - Roots Capital

    Ana Zacapa is a leader in impact investing, climate change, and international development. Her current focus is investing in people-centric solutions at the intersection of economic opportunity, climate change and migration. Ana is former Chairwoman of the Board of Root Capital, the leading social investor transforming rural communities in Latin America and Africa, with $2B invested and over 10 million people supported. She served in this role for five years and remains a director of the board. Ana also serves on the Board of Advisors for Duke University’s Nicholas Institute for Energy, Environment & Sustainability, a world-renowned research and policy institute, guiding the implementation of Duke University’s ambitious Climate Commitment. She is a member of the Carnegie Climate Mobility Network, a group of global leaders committed to accelerating solutions to climate-driven migration. Ana is a member of the President’s Council for Ceres, the premier US nonprofit working with companies and institutional investors to advance climate policy. She previously founded Ceres’ West Coast office. Ana spent the first decade of her career on Wall Street in investment banking, then worked in philanthropy at the Skoll Foundation, where she led the Innovation Investments program.
